As a founder of Julius Rizaldi & Partners Law Firm in 1988, apparently Julius Rizaldi realized of his deficiencies as a "Single Partner". Therefore Julius Rizaldi tried to find like – minded partners, then formed a Law Firm named Julius Rizaldi & Partners (JRP), with its purpose to spread his firm go abroad Based on the same almamater -University of Indonesia. Julius Rizaldi the graduates of undergraduate programme majoring for Indonesia -International Civil Law, while Rovinus Lubis’s majoring is the Notary Candidate and Magisterial of Law majoring Economic Law – University of Indonesia. Both of them have the same perception, including mission, even vision related to the firm progress development in the field of economic law / business law. Based on his experience backgrounds while he worked with Prof. Dr. Mr.S.Gautama (1969 – 1988), JRP has been ready to go against the era of globalization. The figure of Prof. Dr. Mr. S. Gautama (Gouw Giok Siong) often motivated Julius Rizaldi to keep on learning the field of law, especially property, labor law, bankruptcy, intellectual property right, land matter, legal drafting and legal opinion. Rovinus Lubis as one of the founders from Julius Rizaldi & Partners (JRP) often handles some of economic problems as the powerful for JRP in order to compete in the globalization era. With the help of the partners who are credible and professional in their field, and also the associates who have the experience in various legal field both litigation and non litigation. Indeed, have attended several of training and education both formal and non formal education. Over the years, JRP has spread as one of far reaching contact network law firms that rendering the legal assistance for its clients totally and professionally where as the operation directed by Julius Rizaldi, SH, B.Sc, MM. Our mission in rendering the legal service for its client is regarded as a "King". JRP tries to serve the best, does not want to take a long time for solving the law cases in litigation areas. Therefore, doing by mediation with the opposite and has proved the solving. In handling the non litigation cases, JRP will give the correct legal opinion/advice in accordance with the law and the regulation code of law which is valid. At first JRP had only handled commercial litigations & criminal cases with most of the solutions were through the court adjudication. However, gradually JRP has developed not only the area of legal practice and specific knowledge (litigations) but also non litigations as well. For further information, related to the partners/lawyers can be looked at to the sub menu of Partner JRP’s motto : "We Serve the Best" This motto is the key success of JRP law firm for creating a close relationship with its client and also for doing the creative development approach in order to fulfill each of clients’ needs with provide a legal advice both oral and written anytime, anywhere our clients needed related to the law proceeding. We are committed based on our services on clients’ need and interest. In addition, we do not only give the best solution but also the fastest solution. Because of our motto makes our clients feel satisfied, ensure our clients still can keep abreast with our services.
In determining the law decision, there are some criterias that always become the basic way by JRP, as the following below:
- What is the matter and could be understood.
- To define the matter and try to evaluate it.
- Searching the process for solving the problems that can give an advantage to our clients. Most of our clients come from the business circle, both domestic and international. We never consider, who is the person will come, whether it is a large scale of business or small scale of business. Because our commitment to all of the clients is the same and we always concerned about how the law firm could give the best service and try to solve the problem related to the law proceeding. |
